Electro-coating rectifier also been known as electrophoresis rectifier. Compared to common electroplating rectifier, it has higher demands for output ripple. Lower the ripple, more compact the layer. For higher output power ones over 100 kw, we adopt chopper technology based on IGBT. When added modular design,rectifier efficiency can reach up to 93%, which largely saves the consuming energy, approximately 15% energy saving compared to traditional SCR rectifiers.
